Do your employees see your cultural aspirations as hypocritical?
Gartner's Organization Culture Research shows 87% of employees don't understand the cultural goals set by their leaders and most of those that understand them don't believe them. They see their leaders' cultural aspirations as hypocritical.
On the other hand, organizations with strong cultures have higher customer retention, better employee engagement and at least 10% higher revenues.
So how do we fix this situation?
