We provide development and delivery of Sales and Service, Strategic & Tactical Planning and other soft and technical Learning Programmes. Additionally, our learning Programmes may extend to leadership enablers, product knowledge and other areas of concern to our clients. Our consultants are expected to be able to develop learning material from scratch with acute attention to quality and detail.
The Consultant may perform as a member of a team or on a stand-alone basis to perform analysis, process mapping, process reengineering and implementation of solutions for client programmes.
The consultant will interact with a variety of clients and will be expected to complete project deliverables from initiation through closing. This will include creating project plans, project schedules, developing "as-is" and "to-be" process diagrams, developing standard operating procedures, developing project tools, writing memos, identifying improvement opportunities and performing implementation. The consultant will be
expected to track progress on projects and to report both qualitative and quantitative results in reports.
The Consultant will follow existing templates and process guidelines for projects and will be required to support team members through a peer review process.
The incumbent must be focused on timely and quality deliverables while quickly adapting to changing client demands. "Team player" attitudes, ability to identify creative solutions, effectively multi-tasking and learning new skills are all highly valued traits.
The Consultant acts as a liaison between client area and the technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with bespoke solutions.
